Account Deletion Request

At MarketingTool.Pro, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and all associated data.
1. How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion through any of the following methods:
- Email Request: Send an email to help@marketingtool.pro with the subject "Account Deletion Request"
- In-App Request: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the MarketingTool app
- Contact Form: Use our Contact Page and select "Account Deletion" as the subject
2. What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Marketing campaigns and content you created
- Analytics data and usage history
- Saved preferences and settings
- Payment information (card details are handled by our payment processor)
3. Data Retention Period
After receiving your deletion request:
- Your account will be deactivated immediately
- All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- Some anonymized data may be retained for analytics and legal compliance
- Backup copies will be purged within 90 days
4. Before You Delete Your Account
Please note the following before proceeding:
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
- You will lose access to all your marketing tools and data
- Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
- You can export your data before deletion by contacting support
