MarketingTool.pro provides AI-powered marketing tools including content generation, social media management, SEO tools, ad optimization, and analytics. Our platform offers 206+ tools across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and Website/Shopify categories.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

7-Day Free Trial: New users receive 7 days of full access to all tools. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the platform.

Extra Tokens: $3/hour = 100 additional generations.

All payments are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. AI-Generated Content

• Content generated using our tools is owned by you.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate. You should fact-check important information.
• We are not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal purposes or to generate harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access our services beyond normal usage.
• Generate content that violates intellectual property rights of others.

7. Intellectual Property

The MarketingTool.pro platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of AI MarketingTool LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI MarketingTool LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Refund Policy

• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months.
• Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund within the first 30 days if unsatisfied.
• Extra token purchases: Non-refundable.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Delete Account page.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
